Win the morning after Fajr.
Wake for Fajr and keep the hour after it — prayer, remembrance, Qur’an and one meaningful task, before the world wakes up.
اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لِأُمَّتِي فِي بُكُورِهَا
Why mornings
“O Allah, bless my ummah in its early mornings.”
— The Prophet ﷺ, Sunan Abi Dawud 2606 · Jami’ at-Tirmidhi 1212
The routine
Five steps. Ninety minutes. Every day.
Pray on time
Sunnah before, fard in congregation if you can. The whole routine hangs on this one appointment — everything else is built around keeping it.
Morning adhkar
Sit where you prayed and recite the morning remembrances. Ten minutes that set the tone: gratitude, protection, intention.
A page of Qur’an
One page, read slowly with its meaning. Small enough to never skip, steady enough to finish a khatm in under two years.
Move your body
A walk, stretching or a short workout before sunrise. The believer who is strong is better — and the body wakes the mind.
One important thing
Before messages and news, give your freshest attention to the one task that matters most today. This is where barakah turns into work.
Morning adhkar
Remembrance, counted.
The full morning adhkar in Arabic, transliteration and English, with a quiet counter so your hands stay free for the words. Try the tasbih after Fajr below.
أَصْبَحْنَا وَأَصْبَحَ الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ
We have reached the morning and at this very time all sovereignty belongs to Allah, and all praise is for Allah.
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ
Glory be to Allah
A gift for your morning: The Barakah Pocket Guide
Ten Sunnah habits that invite barakah into your time, food and home — with the duas for each, on one printable page for your fridge or prayer corner.
Upload the PDF in the block's sidebar ("Reward PDF") to enable the download.
The 40-night challenge
Forty nights. Not one Fajr missed.
Fajr is won the night before. One small bedtime habit per week — practise it every night for seven nights, then keep it as you add the next. After forty nights, all five run on their own.
Wudu and intention
Make wudu before bed, then make your intention with a short dua: "O Allah, wake me for Fajr and make it easy for me."
Sleeping in wudu is Sunnah, and a sincere intention turns your sleep into worship.

Week 3
Worship and work
Connect adhkar, Qur’an and intention to the work that follows.
Week 4
